TermsI. All orders made trough e-shop are obligatory. By placing the order the customer accepts the shopping conditions and the return policy. The purchase agreement is sealed by submitting the electronic order and the customer thereby agrees with its conditions. Order confirmation will be sent to customer's e-mail address after the merchandise order is received. II. The advertised merchandise is usually on stock and will be shipped immediately. In case, the ordered item is not on stock (customized orders) it will be shipped within one month. Otherwise the customer will receive an e-mail with the exact date of delivery. Merchandise is usually sent by a parcel. The shipment of boats (or other goods, as per customer request) will be arranged upon agreement wit the customer. The shipping and packaging costs are charged according the carrier prices. All orders are paid via cash on delivery. Advertised prices are final, including VAT. Tax receipts are shipped along with the merchandise. III. The tax receipt serves as a bill of sale and the customer should keep it for the eventual return. If necessary (ex. the size doesn´t fit) the merchandise can be exchanged once. The additional shipping and packaging costs will apply. IV. The customer is in title to return the unused and undamaged item within 14 days from the date of delivery. The merchandise returned this way must be unused, undamaged and in undamaged original packaging, along with the tax receipt. The money for merchandise will be refunded to the customer along with the postage.The money will be transferred to customer's account or sent via money order within 30 days from the day the refunded item is received . If refunded via money order, the customer will pay its cost (50 CZK). V. Personal data will be protected from publishing and a third party use according to act no. 101/2000 collection of laws about protection of personal Data as phrased in later appendix and regulations. It will be used for communication with the customer and shipping purposes only. VI. The warranty against manufacturing defects of all items is 24 months from the date of delivery. The warranty doesn't cover damage, wear and tear and defects caused by use. Some products may have longer warranty as mentioned in the warranty certificate. These items come together with a warranty certificate. Otherwise the tax receipt serves as a warranty certificate. VII. The buyer is obligated to inspect the received merchandise to find eventual obvious defects. In case of hidden defects, the buyer is obligated to claim the warranty without further delay. Together with the returned item the tax receipt , or its copy must be presented. Items under warranty may be returned along with the description of the defect and the tax receipt by mail or in person in Vodák Sport store located at Bratislavská 31, 602 00 Brno. The claims are processed within statue of limitation, but often much sooner. In case of defect not covered by warranty, the customer will be offered a repair or other individual solution.
